Our Beaverhead River Fly Shop will open for the 2026 season April 1st. We are looking forward to a fantastic trout season. To start the season the Beaverhead has its spawning closure from the Dam down to Pipe Organ Bridge. Everything below Pipe Organ opens April 1st and we can’t wait to go fishing. The flows out of Clark Canyon Reservoir are still at base winter flows. The river is too low to float at these flows. You will easily be able to wade fish any of the reaches below Pipe Organ Bridge.
